ReplyDeleteOn another note. I have had both my F312 unit that has full BM Club Membership and a spectacular view and my A102 units for sale for over two years. Both are listed and photos posted in the HBV website. It seems that the units that sell at HBV are those where buyers learn about them by word of mouth more than through realtor listings. Perhaps this forum will help me sell them . F321 is selling for $69,900. and A102 for $49,900. I can be contacted at (954) 895-7506.
